Bayt al Khatt

1. Scope and Acceptance

By placing an order with Bayt al Khatt, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed to in writing by both parties. The client’s own terms and conditions, if any, are expressly waived.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices for our services (calligraphy courses, workshops, and calligraphy supplies) are stated in [currency] and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full within 21 working days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order confirmation.

3. Taxes and Withholding

  • Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT or withholding taxes, based on their country’s regulations.
  • Bayt al Khatt is not responsible for any additional costs due to the client’s local tax laws, and the full invoiced amount remains payable.

4. Service Delivery and Liability

  • Bayt al Khatt will strive to deliver high-quality calligraphy services within the agreed timeframe. However, all obligations are on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific results.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Clients agree that Bayt al Khatt is not responsible for any claims made by third parties related to their use of our products or services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Workshops & Courses: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.
  • If Bayt al Khatt cancels a service, the client is entitled to a 50% refund.

6. Complaints

  • Any claims regarding our services must be submitted in writing within 8 days of delivery via email or registered mail.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All calligraphy designs, course materials, and related content remain the exclusive property of Bayt al Khatt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
